The board of auditors shall complete their audit, settlement and Adjustment before the first day of March of each year and shall make a detailed report of the financial affairs of the township, executed copies of which report shall be filed with the appropriate officials of Delaware County not later than ninety days after the close of the fiscal year.
On or before the tenth day of March of each year, the board of auditors publishes and makes publicly available a concise financial statement setting forth the financial affairs of the township during the previous fiscal year.
