Spotted Lanternfly

The Spotted Lanternfly has been located throughout Delaware County and our entire region of Pennsylvania.  There is no magic method to eliminate them from our area.  Ways to manage this invasive pest are primarily to remove the non-native trees which they are attracted to (primarily the "Tree of Heaven") and follow management practices to find and destroy eggs in the Winter and catch the nymphs in the Spring.
