West Nile Virus program tracking

Written by catherine on . Posted in News

The County of Delaware is once again cooperating with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as well as Penn State Cooperative Extension in an effort to track the West Nile virus by performing adult mosquito surveillance. Traps will be placed in various locations throughout the County during the late afternoon by Penn State staff, and will be picked up the following morning. The flyer below is to familiarize you with the traps in case you happen to come upon one. The traps will have identification labels on them. If there are any questions, please contact the Delaware County Intercommunity Health coordination at 610-891-5311.
