TOWNSHIP INFORMATION
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE CLERK/RECEPTIONIST
Newtown Township is seeking an experienced individual for a full-time position to assist with all aspects of office administration and general clerical support functions. Candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and possess a high level of organizational, communication, and customer service knowledge and experience. The Township now has humus (topsoil) available from March to November for delivery. (This year we will not have the humus pile behind the township building.) If you would like the humus delivered to your home, please come to the township building for payment before delivery. The delivery cost is $50.00 for a small dumptruck (2 - 3 yards) or $75.00 for a large dumptruck (3 - 5 yards). The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. NOTE: ALL DELIVERIES WILL ONLY BE DONE ON FRIDAYS.

Please display House Numbers on homes and businesses
Did you know that Township Ordinance No. 2006-04 requires all homes and business to display numbers that are clearly visible from the street? The reason for this requirement is to assist the police, ambulance and fire company in locating your property in the case of an emergency. Numbers must be at least 4 inches high and 2.5 inches wide with scotchlite reflective material or of a color which contrasts with its background.
